Melissa works out of a welcoming environment where every appointment is built around you, your hair, your lifestyle, your personality. With over 15+ years of experience working with all hair types, she believes great hair should feel like an extension of who you are.
Melissa has been hairdressing since she was 14 years old. What started as an early passion quickly became a career built around helping people feel confident in themselves. She has built a loyal client base through word of mouth and long-term relationships.

Melissa welcomes clients from Wednesday to Saturday at The Coach House in Newmillerdam, a relaxed and welcoming space designed to make every appointment feel like time well spent. Whether it’s a regular maintenance appointment or a complete refresh, clients can expect an unhurried experience focused entirely on them.

How far in advance should I book?
Appointment availability can vary throughout the year, so it’s best to secure it as early as possible. Feel free to check Mel’s availability on her booking page.
Do you offer consultations before colour?
Yes. Consultations are available for all colour services and are recommended for new clients, major colour changes, or anyone unsure which service to book. It’s an opportunity to discuss goals, maintenance, timings, and ensure the right approach is tailored to you.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself, and any inspiration photos if you have them. Whether it’s screenshots, Pinterest saves, or a photo of your own hair from years ago, visual references can be really helpful. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, that’s absolutely fine too. The appointment will start with a conversation about what you like, what you don’t, and what will work best for your hair and lifestyle.
How do I book?
